I consider myself a true food connoisseur. Traveling and immersing myself in new cultures is one of my greatest passions, and a big part of that experience comes from tasting the diverse cuisines each culture has to offer. With an adventurous palate, I’m ready to try anything—from cow tongue to chicken feet. Whether I’m discovering new specialties or preparing them myself, I’m completely obsessed. I love putting my own spin on familiar dishes, experimenting with different techniques, and constantly pushing my culinary boundaries. Whether it’s honing my knife skills, nurturing a sourdough starter, perfecting macarons, or testing tanghulu, I’m always in the kitchen, creating something new. Though my parents might not always share my enthusiasm for my kitchen experiments, it’s a passion I can’t help but embrace. Food has become not just my hobby, but my favorite way to explore the world.
